#crexit Earlier today Rich Froning dropped a bomb on his Instagram stating that he could no longer associate himself or his business with CrossFit. I believe that this will be the end of the CrossFit brand.

I have suffered from trypanophobia for as long as I can remember. Over the past 6 years, I have been battling the onset of Type 2 Diabetes.
